HOW AIRVAC WORKS

Air tools and air lances operating at 120 psi use compressed air to carefully loosen and break up soil. The material is then immediately extracted through a powerful vacuum system and transferred into a sealed collection chamber. This creates a clean, efficient, and highly targeted excavation process that enables underground assets to be safely exposed without the risks associated with mechanical digging. Unlike hydro excavation, AirVac uses air rather than water to loosen soil. As a result, no slurry is created, reducing disposal requirements and allowing excavated material to remain dry and, in many cases, be reused on-site.
